2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 6 hours before your appointment time.
• Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may result in requiring advance payment for future bookings.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service completion.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Package deals and memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect our services.
• We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards as per health department regulations.
• Clients with infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be refused service.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions to products used during services.
• Pregnant clients should consult their doctor before receiving certain treatments.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

• We guarantee our workmanship for 48 hours after service completion.
• Nail art and gel applications are guaranteed for 7 days under normal use.
• We are not responsible for damage due to improper aftercare or excessive wear.
• Touch-ups within the guarantee period are complimentary (one-time only).
• Extensions and artificial nails require regular maintenance as recommended.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by our technicians.
• Inform us immediately of any concerns or issues with our services.
• Maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other clients.
• Children must be supervised at all times and may not receive certain services.

7. Liability and Insurance

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• We maintain professional liability insurance for all services.
• Clients assume risk for any adverse reactions to products or treatments.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left on the premises.
• Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

8. Privacy and Photography

• We may photograph your nails for portfolio and marketing purposes with your consent.
• Personal information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
• You may request that we not use your photos for marketing purposes.
• Client information is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
